In this example some variables of the style __VAR__ are taken from the
macro definition file.
A macro with arguments of the style __MYMACRO__(myarg1 myarg2) is used to define the font style of the text.
Note that the arguments are accessed as __1__ and __2__ in the macrodefinition file.
One set of output files is generated whenever the pseudo macro definition __EVAL__ is encountered in the macro definition file.
An implicit __EVAL__ is appended to the end of the macro definition file if none is present.
The name of the output file is generated by appending the contents of the macro
__NAME__ to the name of the input file (original extension is preserved).
